RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
At Iccha By Prime, we are committed to ensuring complete customer satisfaction by providing the best quality products and services. We strive to enhance your shopping experience and are always willing to go the extra mile for you.
Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns within 24 hours of receipt, and customers can opt for exchanges or refunds as per our policy. To initiate a return, please email us at info@icchastore.com with your name, order number, and product SKU to ensure a clear and hassle-free process. After receiving our confirmation email, you may send the products back to us at your own shipping cost.
Conditions for Returns
Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Item Received:

If you notice the outer packaging is damaged or tampered with upon receipt, verify the product against the invoice before accepting the package.

If there is any discrepancy, either refuse the delivery or accept it with a suitable remark on the proof of delivery.

Lodge a complaint with the local office of the courier agency to help us address such issues in the future.

Contact us at info@icchastore.com within 24 hours of receiving the product to report any damage, manufacturing defect, or wrong item received.

Retain all packaging materials and the product until you receive further instructions from us.
General Complaints:

Wrong Size Ordered:

If you have ordered the wrong size, you are eligible for an exchange of the same product in a different size, subject to availability.

You must return the product at your own shipping cost to the following address:

Please note that the cost of both forward and reverse delivery charges will be borne by you (customer).

Once we receive the product, our team will inspect it to ensure it is in its original condition, unused, and undamaged.

Upon successful verification, we will process the exchange accordingly.
Refund Option:

If you prefer a refund instead of an exchange, a 10% deduction will apply to cover platform fees, delivery charges, and transaction costs.

The refund will be initiated within three business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
Return Confirmation:

Do not return any product before receiving confirmation from Iccha By Prime. Products returned without confirmation may not be eligible for credit or replacement.
Non-Returnable Items:

Custom-made products and stitched outfits made to customer specifications are non-returnable unless they are found to be damaged.

Stitched outfits are made based on the measurements provided by customers. Iccha By Prime is not liable for fitting issues if the product was made according to the given measurements and instructions.
Return Process

Ensure all defective or exchangeable products are returned with:

A copy of the invoice.

Original packing.

In the original condition within 48 hours of receiving confirmation from Iccha By Prime.

Safe receipt of the returned product is the sole responsibility of the customer.

Mark the package as 'DEFECTIVE RETURNS' when returning the product.

All return logistics costs are to be borne by the customer.
- Products purchased using a discount code cannot be returned or exchanged.
- A video of the unpacking is required as proof to verify that the damage is genuine.
Examination and Modifications

Iccha By Prime will examine the returned products based on the details provided in your email.

If the error is found to be on the customer’s part, necessary modifications/alterations will be made at the customer’s expense.

In rare cases where the original fabric is unavailable for alterations, we may use plain fabric of the same color, and the customer may bear the cost of such replacement fabric.
